An opportunity has arisen to join our maintenance team looking after our venues, maintaining and improving our building fabric and M&E building services.
About the role
Responsible for carrying out planned preventive maintenance, statutory compliance, reactive repairs and improvements of/to the building fabric and M&E services for Capital Theatres at the Festival, Kings Theatres and the Studio. The position is multi-skilled, and you will have knowledge and practical hands-on experience of variety of disciplines taking a pro-active, positive and flexible approach to support the core business.
The successful candidate must be an excellent team player with great communication skills who can work with numerous in-house teams across the venues as well as visiting companies. A good working knowledge of current Health and Safety practices is preferable.
