Cross Currents 2026 is a vibrant, high energy end of year showcase celebrating the dedication, creativity and talent of our dance students at Performing Arts Studio Scotland, Edinburgh College.

Featuring performances from students across all three years of training – from HND Dance Artists to our BA (Hons) Dance and Drama Degree (Dance Strand), delivered in partnership with Kingston University – Cross Currents brings together a rich mix of styles, voices and creative approaches.

The programme includes exciting work by guest choreographers Ashley Jack, Maddy Squire and James Pett alongside pieces created by our talented in‑house lecturers. The result is an exhilarating, show‑stopping performance that highlights individuality, collaboration and student‑led creativity, and showcases the breadth and ambition of our dance training.
