At the heart of the People’s Archive is a dedicated team of volunteers from across Edinburgh, each bringing unique perspectives and energy to our work.
Say hello to our volunteers
The People’s Archive offers hands-on experience in archival practice, oral history collection, and research. Whether working collaboratively or independently, our volunteers receive training and guidance as they explore thematic projects connected to theatre heritage.
Volunteering with us is a wonderful way to build new skills, deepen existing ones, and gain insight into Edinburgh’s rich theatrical past. Most importantly, you’ll become part of a warm, inclusive community that shares a passion for storytelling and history.
If you’re interested in joining us or want to learn more about our projects, please reach out using the contact information below, or email abby.pendlebury@capitaltheatres.com. We’d love to hear from you.
