Any filming and photography you wish to host at Capital Theatres for commercial purposes must be arranged in advance with our Customer Services team.

Please submit your enquiry using the Filming/photographing application form, and ensure that you include the following information:
- Size of crew
- Date of shoot
- Timings of shoot (please include set up and get out timings)
- Location of where you would like to shoot
- Photographs of specific locations you are interested in if you have them available
Please note that before filming or conducting your photoshoot the following information must be supplied:
- Copy of your public liability insurance
- Your site-specific risk assessment
- Signed contract with Capital Theatres
Location fee and staffing costs must be paid in full before the shoot date.
We are happy to accommodate where we can requests from students wishing to arrange photography / filming at our theatres.

Please go to the Box Office on arrival and fill in a Non-Commercial Photography Agreement before you start your shoot.

For both Commercial and Student requests, we regret that we cannot accommodate all requests and we must have at least five days’ notice prior to the shoot date.
