She spent a lifetime lighting up the stars at the King’s Theatre. Now it’s her turn to shine!
Inspired by the remarkable real-life story of Bertha Cassie — who began as a duster and cleaner at the grand old dame of Leven Street before becoming a pioneering spotlight operator — this theatrical adventure is bursting with music, magic, mischief and mayhem.
A specially crafted, dementia-friendly performance featuring singer Michelle Burke and pianist James Ross, directed by Gerda Stevenson with set design by Jessica Brettle.
