CPD: Joy, Creativity and Connection with New Adventures
A professional development opportunity for dance teachers, please note the workshop takes place at Dance Base, Edinburgh.
In these sessions, we share our experience of working with young people in a variety of settings, and explore New Adventures’ approach through warm up exercises, physical games, dance phrases & creative tasks that can be added to your tool kit.
The session will be led by New Adventures’ Resident Artist, Glenn Graham, who is currently appearing in Edward Scissorhands at the Festival Theatre.
This workshop is open to anyone who teaches dance to young people and who has an interest in storytelling through movement. This might be dance/drama teachers in education settings, community dance artists, or dance school teachers.
This opportunity is jointly offered by Capital Theatres, New Adventures and Dance Base.
