There are a number of ways to contact Capital Theatres.

Please note we are receiving large numbers of emails, and we are doing our best to reply to all enquiries as soon as possible. 

Have a question about a refund?

We are currently working our way through all of our cancelled shows to refund customers. We have limited staff resources and the Box Office team is working remotely, so we ask you to please be patient while we process the refunds, and rest assure all refunds will be processed in the coming weeks. 

Refunds will take 2-5 working days to appear in your account, depending onwho you are baking with. 

If a show is to be rescheduled, Box Office will contact bookers directly via their preferred contact method to advise of the new date. Your booking will be automatically valid for the new date and if you cannot make the date, you can request a refund. Information will be provided in the email.
