Please note all of the Capital Theatres venues and offices will be closed for an extended period between 24 December 2020 and the 11 January 2021. Our staff will not be able to answer any enquires during this time, phone lines and emails will not be monitored, however we will respond to you when we return in January.

There are a number of ways to contact Capital Theatres.

Please note we are receiving large numbers of emails, and we are doing our best to reply to all enquiries as soon as possible. 

Have a question about a credit note, refund or donation?

Please note we are receiving large numbers of emails at this moment. We have limited staff resources and the Box Office team is working remotely, so we ask you to please be patient, and rest assure all emails will be dealth with in the coming weeks. 

If a show is to be rescheduled, Box Office will contact bookers directly via their preferred contact method to advise of the new date. Your booking will be automatically valid for the new date and if you cannot make the date, you can request a refund. Information will be provided in the email.
