About the role

As a Stage Door Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for artists, visiting companies, technicians, contractors and colleagues, providing a warm, professional welcome and helping to keep our theatres safe, secure and well organised.

You’ll play a key part in the smooth day-to-day running of the building, managing access systems, alarms, deliveries and dressing room allocations, while offering excellent customer service and clear information about the theatre, our company and the city.

This role suits someone calm, organised and confident, who enjoys working in a busy, dynamic environment and being at the heart of live theatre. This role is shift work and applications for part-time hours will be welcomed.
