We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Head of Facilities to join our talented facilities team and deliver an excellent experience for in excess of 400,000 customers.
About you and the role
This is a proactive role which, operationally, manages the maintenance, cleaning, and stage door reception teams. At Capital Theatres, we welcome more than 100 visiting companies each year, including national and international performers, six festivals, and our annual pantomime.
In addition, the role involves monitoring and reporting on the condition of our buildings and equipment, and you’ll work with the Executive Team to deliver environmental and capital improvement projects.
