Capital Theatres, Scotland’s largest theatre charity, is seeking an experienced and objective EDI consultant to help create a collaborative EDI strategy and 3 year action plan.
This is a three-stage project, with a timeframe of the next six months, and support for implementation in early 2026.
Stage one: During September and October, assess Capital Theatres’ current EDI delivery and develop a framework on which to build an achievable EDI strategy
Stage two: During November, December 2025 and January 2026, collaboratively develop the strategy and action plan
Stage three: During February and March 2026, support the communication of the strategy and delivery of the early stages of the plan
