IT Support Tender 2024

Overview

We are seeking a partner to provide IT support across our 3 venues (will only be 2 until Q3 2025 when the King’s Theatre will reopen).

The selected company will be responsible for:

  • Supporting users with general IT issues (set up users, delete users, sharepoint queries, set up of new hardware, etc).
  • Taking stock of all IT equipment and ensuring up to date IT asset register is maintained
  • Ensuring the network (incl. wifi), computers and cloud servers have no issues, including adequate cyber protections, anti-virus, anti-spam, malware and data recovery, and meet business needs.
  • Supporting Capital Theatres cyber essentials certification and PCI/DSS compliance.
  • Completing King’s Theatre set up Q3 2025.
  • Availability to attend on site when required and regular checkpoint visits (eg monthly/quarterly)
  • Ensure a yearly review of systems and services completed so company can advise on business plan and budget for any necessary expenditure.
  • Documentation of systems and services should be reviewed, monitored and updated
